PPAR Research provides a unique opportunity to bring together a diverse scope of studies in a single publication, with the aim of integrating knowledge and promoting a comprehensive understanding in the field of PPAR research. Published research encompasses, but is not limited to, the following areas: Molecular features of PPARs and their obligatory heterodimer partners RXRs; Biological processes involving PPARs and/or their obligatory heterodimer partners RXRs; Discoveries of natural substances and synthetic agents that act as PPAR or RXR modulators; Preclinical studies and clinical trials involving modulators of PPARs and/or RXRs. The fields of interest include, but are not limited to, the following disciplines: Aging and Aging-related Diseases; Atherosclerosis; Cancer; Diabetes; Immunity; Inflammation; Infertility; Obesity.
