Discontinued in 2013. Continued by Colorado Natural Resources, Energy & Environmental Law Review (2327-0691). The Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy (CJIELP) is the only environmental law review at the University of Colorado and one of only a handful of law journals in the nation with a focus on international environmental concerns. CJIELP is a student-run, biannual, scholarly forum for environmental issues with international implications. Articles published by CJIELP cover a wide range of topics, including global climate change, transboundary water pollution, protection of biological diversity, and international environmental conventions. CJIELP has a diverse international audience, which includes policy makers, scholars, officials in governmental and nongovernmental organizations, and students of law, international affairs, public policy, and the natural and social sciences.
