An all-round journal of constitutional law. At the centre of debates concerning government institutions and underlying issues of Italian democracy since its launch in 1981, today - after a complete restyling - Quaderni costituzionali offers an essential contribution to all facets of constitutional law. The journal publishes research on various topics within the broad scope of the discipline, short contributions on current issues and reports on events in Italy and abroad of constitutional relevance. Particular attention is given to constitutional case law, organisation and activities of European institutions and comparison between different legal systems.
