Established in 1968, the Case Western Reserve Journal of International Law (cite as: Case W. Res. J. Int'l L.) stands globally as one of the most well-respected journals of international legal scholarship. Each year, the student editors of JIL publish three issues of symposia-based scholarly articles and speeches focusing on current topics of international legal significance. Through the Frederick K.
