International Banking and Securities Law addresses legal and regulatory developments in the area of banking and securities law from both international and interdisciplinary perspectives. It advances scholarship in this complex area of law and is of interest to academics, practitioners, and policy makers. The journal focuses not only on regional developments relating to banking and finance but also on multilateral and international arrangements. Recurrent themes include (but are not limited to) studies and analysis of the international financial architecture as well as aspects of market infrastructure, the protection of consumers in the financial sector, and specifics of banking, securities markets, and mutual fund regulation.
