Welcome to the ‘Journal of Educational Research and Medical Teacher’ that publishes scientific and scholarly work in medical education. Journal of Educational research and medical teacher is a peer reviewed journal, with world renowned scientists on the advisory board. Issues are published twice a year in the months of June and December. The journal considers articles in relation to the training of healthcare professionals, including undergraduate, postgraduate and continuing education, basic science education, clinical science education, residency education, learning theory, problem based learning, research design and statistics and informatics and web. The journal has a special focus on curriculum development, evaluations of performance, assessment of training needs, evidence-based medicine and faculty development. Both basic scientists and clinicians and teachers, worldwide can share educational ideas and developments.
