Aging and Neurodegeneration (AND) is an open access, peer reviewed international journal devoted to publication of basic and translational research articles as well as review articles on all areas of aging and neurodgeneration. The journal is particularly interested in covering research topics relevant to molecular aging and age-related neurodegeneration and will also publish perspective and reflection papers. For original research, the journal will place less emphasis on chasing novelty as long as the submitted manuscript constitutes a solid contribution to the fields of aging and age-related neurodegeneration. Additionally, the journal also seeks to publish special issues that are intended to cover thematic topics on all areas of aging and neurodegeneration.
