College of Engineering (Former Faculty of Engineering, FOE) of the University of Tehran has renewed its policy toward scientific publication. In this regard, the Civil Engineering transaction of the well built 45 years old Persian journal of "Nashrieh Daneshkadeh Fanni" is published semiannually in English, as separate independent journal with the name of Civil Engineering Infrastructures Journal (CEIJ) since June 2013.
