The journal first started in December 2004 with support from highly academic minded persons of Association of Otolaryngologists of India Gujarat state branch. Since then it has taken a long journey. The good research articles were published from all over India and from all the nooks and corners of India, right from Jammu and Kashmir to Tamilnadu and, from Rajasthan to West Bengal. Several International articles were published like from Korea, Malaysia, Nepal, Mauritius, England and Germany. The journal published article not only from Otolaryngologists but also specialists from Dental surgery, Microbiology, Community Medicine, Radiotherapy, Pulmonology, Internal Medicine, Anesthesia, Pathology, Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Onco Surgery, Medical Oncology, Audiology etc.
