The journal is dedicated to increasing the depth of economics and management across disciplines with the ultimate aim of improving economics and management research. The scope of the AJREM covers theoretical and empirical analysis relating to global business, economic growth and development, economics of organizations and industries, business economics, public administration, technology and innovations, strategic management, organizational management, international trade, entrepreneurship, human resource management, organizational behavior, organizational theory, leadership skills, information systems, operations management, decision analysis, strategic resource allocation, organization structure and general management . Papers should be rigorous but also written in a way that makes them intelligible to a wide range of academics and where appropriate, practitioners. The journal invites original papers, review articles and short communications containing novel ideas about any aspect of economics and management that are not published or not being considered for publication elsewhere. The publication of submitted manuscripts is subject to peer review and both general and technical aspects of the submitted paper are reviewed before publication.
