IJHW is indexed with EBSCO, ProQuest, J-Gate, Cabell’s Directory, etc. The journal is a medium for empirical enquiry, theoretical papers, reviews, applied and policy relate articles. The journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the general criteria of scientific excellence in the sub fields of psychology, psychiatry, education and other social and behavioral sciences. The journal is approved by UGC and NAAS ratings, too.
