Gland Surgery publishes articles that describe new findings in the field of translational research in gland surgery, provides current and practical information on diagnosis, prevention and clinical investigations of gland surgery. Specific areas of interest include, but not limited to, multimodality therapy, biomarkers, imaging, biology, pathology, and technical advances related to gland disease (breast, thyroid, digestive gland, et al.). Contributions pertinent to gland surgery are also included from related fields such as nutrition, public health, human genetics, basic sciences, education, sociology, and nursing. The aim of the Journal is to provide a forum for the dissemination of original research articles as well as review articles in all areas related to gland disease. It is an international, peer-reviewed journal with a focus on cutting-edge findings in this rapidly changing field, while providing practical up-to-date information on diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of gland disease. The journal features a distinguished editorial board, which brings together a team of highly experienced specialists in gland disease treatment and research. The diverse experience of the board members allows our editorial panel to lend their expertise to a broad spectrum of gland disease subjects. The entire submission and review process are managed through OJS system, an electronic system, which provides an efficient way and ensures a rapid turnaround of papers submitted for publication.
