The Romanian Journal of Civil Engineering includes scientific research results from Romania and foreign countries obtained by teachers from universities, experts from research institutes, doctoral students and everyone who works in civil engineering: construction, plumbing, geodesy etc. The Editorial Board of the journal is composed of teachers and researchers from all the Romanian universities with civil engineering faculties. It is one of the few Romanian scientific journals to include color pages which increases the quality of information of the articles.
