HSR Proceedings in Intensive Care and Cardiovascular Anesthesia

The principal aims of the collaboration program between Università Vita Salute, San Raffaele, Milan and Deutsches Herzzentrum, Berlin are to develop international cardiovascular research, to advance science in the areas of cardiovascular disease, to promote the exchange of personnel, particularly young investigators and to apply the knowledge gained through research by promoting the development of technology and therapeutics to improve human health. Our journal is one of the first results of this strict cooperation. We think that knowledge and its deployment are the only way to improve scientific research, especially in intensive care and cardiovascular anaesthesia, two areas of continuous development.
