Jurnal Ilmu dan Teknologi Hasil Ternak (JITEK) is published by Department of Animal Product Technology, Faculty of Animal Science, University of Brawijaya, Malang, Indonesia. JITEK is a peer reviewed biannual journal (April and October) that mediate the dissemination of researchers in animal product, food science, food microbiology, food biotechnology, animal product as functional food and current findings in animal food sciences and technology. The Editorial goal is to provide a forum exchange and an interface between researchers and students in any animal food sciences and technology related field.
