Croatian Journal of Food Science and Technology is a scientific-professional journal, published by the Faculty of Food Technology Osijek, University of Josip Juraj Strossmayer in Osijek. It publishes original scientific papers, preliminary communications, scientific notes and reviews only in English, and professional papers and conference papers written in both Croatian and English. All articles, if relevant to the theme and objectives of the journal are going through an external peer - review process. The journal was launched with the aim of creating a journal that will be on the scientific and professional level, covering a very dynamic and actual field of food science and technology.
