The journal Management & Marketing was first published in 2003, with the first edition of the workshop „Competences in Management and Marketing”. The workshop is an annually scientific forum for discussions among personalities from two sectors of activity, university teaching staff and specialists from enterprises. By its content the journal has a pronounced interdisciplinary character and encourages the expression of new ideas and positive practices that can be delivered as research, synthesis, case studies or original methodologies. Also, the journal encourages the young researchers by publishing the most valuable scientific results from the doctoral schools. The general thematic of the journal is consistent with some major areas such as: management, strategic management, project management, public management, international management, marketing research, marketing strategies and policies, international marketing, business administration in trade, tourism and services and others. The goal is the dissemination of the most significant knowledge resulted from the scientific research in management and marketing in order to transform them into important resources of organizational development.
