The aim of the journal is to publish scientific oriented articles in social sciences area - management and administration, business studies, public administration, as well as application oriented, practically and / or theoretically associated with the countryside, agriculture and its infrastructure. As manifested by the title of the journal the articles have to be written in the field of management and administration, have to analyse science and studying problems, have to be practically and theoretically related to countryside, agriculture and its infrastructure. There could be also published theoretical articles in the field of management and administration. In the journal are published scientific articles of scientists, industrial workers and practicing from higher educational and scientific institutions of Lithuania, Armenia, Belorussia, Check Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Holland, Italy, Poland, Russia, Slovak Republic, Ukraine and other countries. Journal is published quarterly, in March, June, September and December. Articles published in Lithuanian and English languages. All abstracts are in English.
