Ars Interpretandi addresses to law philosophers, jurists and, in general, to anyone who deals with the “art” of the law. Facing a growing specialization of the juridical philosophy, its complexity and its theoretical abstraction, Art Interpretandi seeks to bring back the attention to the law, primarily intended as a juridical experience and an interpretation, in the belief that the interpretative activity can’t just come down to the research of meanings hidden inside juridical writings, but it is a far wider enterprise, linked to the practical reasonableness and turned towards the administration of the use of the law in nowadays pluralistic society.
