This journal deals, from the legal point of view, with problems of intellectual and industrial property such as trademarks and distinctive signs, indications of origin and provenance, inventions, industrial models, copyright, interpreters' and executors' rights against a background of legal theory in general, of industrial, commercial, civil, international and administrative law, law of the economy, with competition as the basis and therefore referring to competition as such, to monopoly control and to unfair competition. Advertising and related factors are also covered with regard to Italy, the Common Market and other countries signatories of international conventions on the subject. The legal aspects of informatics and telematics have recently been introduced while special attention is given to legal protection of software and semiconductor circuits.
