This journal treats without prejudice each and every "school" of labour law; the only criteria applied in choosing contributions are those of scientific exactitude, originality and topical interest. Published quarterly, it is divided into three parts: the first ( theory) offers its readers timely comments on the latest legislation of importance on questions of labour law and social security. The second part ( case law ) about 30 sentences are discussed in each issue accompanied by exhaustive comments in each case. Documents and reviews, regarding Italian and foreign labour law, social law and industrial relations, are published in the section devoted to News and Commentaries. Two three-monthly columns respectively give information on all new laws, regarding labour and social security. Another column gives up-to-date information on new EC laws. The "New Books" column catalogues each new book on labour issues, published during the last three months, whereas a more in-depth and pondered review is devoted to works of greater scientific importance in the "Reading Matter" column, often written as a many-sided conversation between various commentators. Finally, a column which appears in the first yearly issue, accounts for all labour congresses held the previous year.
