Unique of its kind in Italy, this review provides full and systematically set out information on verdicts given by the Supreme Court on criminal matters and trial procedures, with significant decisions by the Constitutional Court and by the trial courts. Together with the most recent verdicts passed by the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court, each issue also contains numerous precepts, where necessary with the verdicts reported in full and fully annotated, the most interesting ones with comments, the rest with references and doctrinal quotations. The result is a complete and updated picture of criminal law presented by means of critical interpretation. Finally there are articles and documentary material on subjects of present-day interest.
