Diritto & Giustizia is a complete system of legal information, with a journalistic and service slant, combining the immediacy of technology with authoritative and rigorous analysis and comments by the foremost experts, both in the daily Internet newspaper and the weekly subscription supplement. Very closely connected to the on-line daily newspaper, which it analyzes and discusses in depth, the subscription weekly supplement nevertheless strives for informational and documentary completeness, and is designed for those who are not yet equipped to use network information tools or are not yet inclined to do so. Through articles and journalistic summaries as well as analyses and comments from experts, the supplement offers a complete review of government and Parliament activity and the regulatory provisions issued and promulgated within the European Union and domestically. The most important and immediately useful texts are published in their entirety, with updated articles of previous codes and provisions. The weekly also publishes analyses of judicial rulings and the full text of the most important decisions previously announced by the daily newspaper, along with a review of constitutional, community, cassation, administrative and fiscal case law, with Supreme Court holdings; and with a rigorous selection of the most significant civil and criminal decisions on the merits, in terms of content (especially when first applying or developing new judicial guidelines) or the importance and notoriety of the legal issue. Sufficient space and attention are given to current events and debates on problems related to the judiciary and the professions, with authoritative comments and summaries for the most important events.
