Penn State Environmental Law Review

ISSN: 1546-3427.

Discontinued in 2008. The Penn State Environmental Law Review (PSELR) published its premier issue in 1992. Founded and edited by Penn State Law students, the Penn State Environmental Law Review is a forum for articles discussing all aspects of environmental issues, a rapidly growing and evolving legal discipline. In an effort to broaden the scope of the Law Review, we are also interested in publishing articles discussing issues outside the traditional realm of environmental law, such as risk assessment, toxicology, and epidemiology. Articles written by students, legal practitioners, and scholars are published three times each year. Editorial board membership is open to second- and third-year students who write and submit a Comment of publishable quality.
