Entering its twenty-eighth year, the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal is the longest continually published journal of legal scholarship that focuses on Latina/o conditions, communities, and identities in the U.S. and abroad—and the sociolegal conditions of other communities of color. At the cutting edge of jurisprudence in the United States, the Journal is a vital member of the social justice community at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall).
