The Journal of Health Law is a quarterly publication of the American Health Lawyers Association. The Journal (formerly Journal of Health and Hospital Law) publishes "traditional" articles which focus on issues of importance to health law practitioners, and "notes and comments" essays and commentaries which focus on new ideas and current developments in the area of health law. Each issue of the Journal reaches over 3,000 attorneys in private practice, in-house counsel positions and state and federal government. The Journal is edited by Saint Louis University School of Law faculty and students. The faculty advisors and co-editors-in chief of the Journal are Professors Jesse Goldner, Tim Greaney and Nicolas Terry. The Journal has been co-published at Saint Louis University since the fall of 1996. Each issue of the Journal is published with the assistance of the Journal's editorial staff, comprising a managing editor as well as ten to twelve student editors. The Journal of Health Law is published quarterly by the American Health Lawyers Association and the Saint Louis University School of Law.
