Published for the British Mycological Society Field Mycology is a new publication devoted to the identification and study of wild fungi in Britain and Europe. It is designed to aid readers' identification skills with user-friendly keys many colour illustrations and tips on where and how to look for interesting and less commonly recorded species. It will guide readers through the techniques required for determining fungi in the field and under the microscope provide reviews and guides to literature and will bring readers up-to-date with local and national recording and conservation schemes. All this plus the latest mycological news and events from Britain and around the world. Field Mycology is edited by a panel of expert British mycologists and conservationists.
