Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews is a new international review journal designed to be of interest and use to all those concerned with research in renewable energy sciences and their application in research establishments, industry and universities. Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews aims to provide a highly readable and valuable addition to the literature which will serve as an indispensable reference tool for years to come. The coverage of the journal includes timely reviews on the following disciplines: biomass energy efficient architecture fuel cells geothermal energy hydro (tidal, OTEC, small scale hydro-electric) hydrogen energy photochemistry solar (active solar, passive solar, and photovoltaics) transport (alternative energy powered vehicles) wind Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews will publish specially commissioned review articles designed to bring together under one cover current advances in the ever broadening field of renewable and sustainable energy sciences. No artificial limits are imposed on the length of papers and authors are encouraged to provide an orderly and concise summary of recent work including sufficient detail for a non-specialist in the general field to acquire understanding of the state of the art without the necessity for extensive recourse to the original papers.
