Clinical Effectiveness in Nursing
Clin Effect Nurs

ISSN: 1361-9004.

Clinical Effectiveness in Nursing aims to address the effects of interventions on patient well-being by publishing work from nursing, midwifery, health visiting and allied disciplines that is directly relevant to the clinical work of nursing. Papers will be of high academic quality, but be presented in a manner optimally accessible and relevant to clinicians. The journal is both peer-reviewed and also offers peer commentary, to which authors then respond in the same issue. A correspondence section is used to widen the debate. Clinical Effectiveness in Nursing will broaden its relevance to clinicians through its brief reports section, offering the opportunity to present work in progress for peer scrutiny and advice, or to establish an author's precedence in a particular area of work. The sole proviso for consideration by Clinical Effectiveness in Nursing is that papers submitted seek to demonstrate the impact of nursing on patients and clients.
