The European Journal of Finance will publish a full range of theoretical and empirical topics in finance. The emphasis is on issues and research reflecting European interests and concerns. Relevance to real world problems is a paramount concern. The journal aims to: promote communication between finance academics and practitioners by providing a vehicle for the publication of research into European issues; stimulate research in finance within Europe and encourage the international exchange of ideas, theories and the practical application of methodologies; play a positive role in the development of the infrastructure for finance research, teaching and practice throughout Europe. Research areas include financial innovation, financial market behaviour, cross border capital flows, international capital markets, insurance theory, market micro-structure and international corporate finance.
