Newcastle Law Review

The Newcastle Law Review was launched in 1995 and is published in two issues annually. Since its launch, an impressive variety of articles and notes have been published representing both traditional categories of legal scholarship and interdisciplinary contributions. The text of the Sir Ninian Stephen Lecture is published each year, and special issues of the review on the subject of 'Treaties and Constitutions' and 'Children and the Law' have been produced in 2001. The Editorial Board comprises eminent judges, practitioners and legal academics from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States and United Kingdom. A Board of Faculty Consultants provides advice to the Editor concerning law review policies.
