Since 2011 UNSW Law has published the Journal under the editorship-in-chief of Janice Gray. Two volumes of the Journal are published annually. The AJNRLP is devoted to publishing articles, reviews and commentary on a broad range of environmental issues, such as land use planning and control, biodiversity conservation, air, water and noise regulation; toxic substances and radiation control, climate change and energy use; regulation of science and technology; as well as issues of mining law, resource use and regulation. The Journal publishes the work of experts from government, academia, private practice, industry and public interest groups to cover legal and policy developments at local, state, federal, foreign, and international levels.
