International Journal of Circumpolar Health (IJCH) specializes in Arctic and Antarctic health issues. It provides a forum for many disciplines, including the biomedical sciences, social sciences, and humanities as they relate to human health in high latitude environments. The journal has a particular interest in the health of indigenous peoples. The journal is a vehicle for dissemination and exchange of knowledge among researchers, policy makers, practitioners, and those they serve. The Chief Editor is supported by specialist Section Editors, overseeing the rigorous peer-review of submissions from around the world. International Journal of Circumpolar Health welcomes Research papers, Review articles, Short communications, Circumpolar Voices, Book reviews, PhD summaries, and Letters to the Editor.
