A new series of the Review " Diritto e Pratica nell'assicurazione ". The Review changed name and layout in 1992. The change is a consequence of the opportunity to provide operators in this area with cues for consideration and analysis from a broad legal and economic point of view, i.e. regarding different disciplines of great significance for those dealing with insurance problems. The new layout expands the range of matters investigated, while strengthening the legal standpoints, as regards both doctrine and case law, by means of important essays, a special page dealing with different views, reviews, comments, notes to sentences and specific annotations on all sentences, with references to major doctrinal viewpoints on the controversy in hand. In addition, the Review hosts a large number of contributions from experts in business management and macroeconomics. The review also contains a special page dealing with significant evidences given by operators in the area and a page on international events.
