This bilingual (English and French) Review appears at quarterly intervals (containing some 200m pages) and provide food for thought and a wealth of information on uniform law for all those involved in international private law, practitioners and academics alike. Content of each issue: Articles - articles and commentaries by expert in the realm of uniform law, published in English or French with summary in the other language. Activities of international organisations - these are reported by organisation or by subject. Texts of uniform law instruments - the full text of the principal instruments is reproduced in English and French as soon as possible after their adoption. Implementation of uniform law Conventions - new entries into force, ratification and accessions are listed. An updated chart showing the state of implementation of conventions by subject is published in each issue. Uniform case law - the most important decision are chronicled in the form of bilingual summaries. "Panoramic" surveys will from time to time discuss case law or arbitrate awards in a given country or region over a particulate period of time. Comprehensive charts on the case law published will appear periodically. Bibliography - detailed index of the most recent publications and articles, notices and book reviews. Research and training - in this section, a Guide to bibliographical research. Which will from time to time "X- ray" a given country's (or group of countries') legal documentation system, will alternate with a selection of research and training opportunities in the field of uniform and comparative law.
