Bonds are growing between domestic and EC regulations. Progressive development of the European single market and commencing political unity will make mutual influences even more incisive and important, by emphasising the development of the institutions, causing new problems to arise and changing the characteristics of traditional institutions. "Rivista Italiana di diritto pubblico comunitario" has a basic objective : to give these complex problems a specific support from a scientific and information viewpoint. Each of the Review's issues includes: selected studies of different domestic and foreign scientific trends; reviews of EC and domestic laws on particularly important subjects; comments on case law of both the EC Court of Justice and Italy's Constitutional Court and judges, on EC subjects; comments on recent issue of EC and Italian laws in areas of remarkable institutional and operative interest; reports on constitutional and administrative development underway ( at times without clearer reference points) in the Italian system and in the most important member countries, with regard to the above-mentioned EC integration process; bibliography on current publishing activity, by reviewing news books, reports and magazine articles; a page containing news, scientific and institutional information which report major undertakings carried out or in the process of being carried out in Italy and Europe.
