The Nigerian Journal of Surgery is the official organ of the Nigerian Surgical Research Society. It accepts for publication, original articles, invited papers, reviews, case reports and other suitable manuscripts on the art and science of surgery and surgical pratice. It seeks to educate and inform students and practitioners of surgery on subjects of basic and clinical importance in surgery and to serve as platform for dissemination of research information for investigators in surgery. The journal is normally published twice a year.
