The scope of the journal, Scandinavian Journal of Nutrition (SJN), is to present the latest research in the various fields within nutrition. SJN will consider contributions from all countries. Articles are accepted for publication on the condition that they have not been submitted to any other journal. Review articles should give the present state-of-the-art on topics of nutritional importance and include an internationally relevant bibliography. We will try to elucidate the importance of various aspects of nutrition for people involved in nutrition research and information Ð dieticians, medical doctors, dentists and others within the nursing and care professions, teachers and journalists, as well as for manufacturers in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Original and review articles, reports, articles within the field of health claims and functional foods, commentaries, book reviews, Scandinavian News, and contributions to current topics of debate, etc. The scientific articles are peer-reviewed since 1992.
