The journal has presented case reports on anaphylactic shock (peaches, mistaken pesticide sensitivity, and pesticide/food look-alikes); research papers on agricultural safety, farmer mortality, river blindness, and synthetic pyrethroids; a spotlight on nurses in agromedicine; investigations of food scares with cantaloupes, apples, watermelon, and baby food; a look at food safety in daycare; discussions of fungicides; and much more! Topics of special interest examined in this unique journal include: food quality and safety, morbidity and mortality of agricultural and associated industrial workers, exploring the frontiers of nutrition, biotechnology, and cancer prevention, cultural diversity and international cooperation in food production, environmental issues pertaining to agricultural production, developing teamwork between consumers, producers, regulatory agencies, researchers and health professionals.
