ISSN: 1043-1543.

AIDS Clinical Care keeps clinicians up to date on the most important developments in the fast-paced world of HIV medicine. Launched in 1989, the publication serves a broad community of HIV care providers. ACC is published twice per month on the web and monthly in print. ACC keeps its readers informed on all aspects of HIV medicine by providing them with a range of features. Led by Dr. Paul Sax, the 11-member physician Editorial Board regularly reviews 18 of the top general and specialty medical journals, summarizing and commenting on the most relevant studies, putting their findings into perspective. The Editorial Board also provides coverage of the most important data presented at professional conferences through Meeting Reports (comprehensive coverage of the Retrovirus and International AIDS conferences) and Meeting Notes (in depth coverage of particular topics presented at ICAAC, IDSA, and specialty HIV meetings). In the Antiretroviral Rounds feature, the editors invite two experts to comment on how each would handle a particular cases representative of a clinical conundrum frequently faced by HIV care providers. Other occasional features include Guideline Watch, Drug Watch, and Roundtable Discussions. Each article in ACC is subjected to careful fact-checking and clear, concise editing.
