Humaniora represents an academic peer-reviewed quarterly Journal, founded and first published in 1989, at the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. The Journal is published in English and provides a platform for the presentation, analysis, and criticism of work pertaining to Indonesian Humanities. The editors of the Journal welcome articles and research utilizing interdisciplinary approaches, but pertaining to studies of and work on Indonesian Humanities. Proposals and contributions to the Journal should include any of the scholarly sub-fields which structure the larger discipline of Humanities, which include language, literature, history, anthropology, archaeology, tourism and so forth.
