The North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation is a student-run legal journal at the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Now in its thirty-first year of publication, the Journal is dedicated to stimulating the intellectual climate through legal scholarship in the area of international law. In order to achieve this goal, the Journal publishes four issues each year that include writings from academics, professionals, and students. Recognizing the need to foster discussion of international law in the general public discourse, the Journal holds an annual symposium that focuses on important issues in international law and brings together the entire legal community for an illuminating discussion and debate.
