This quarterly review publishes the best of original contributions in all branches of public law and administrative science. Apart from its articles, space is also devoted to events, reviews, bibliographical summaries, new-items etc. Each year an EC report, a chronicle of administrative affairs and another concerning constitutional matters is published together with a review of parliamentary documents and inquiries and a review of constitutional and administrative law books. Finally, a great deal of information, in the form of bibliographical reviews, is given on the movement of ideas and of legislation trends both in Italy and in another countries, thus providing the reader with extremely valuable documentary material on the major problems which public law is called upon to face.
