This journal came into being when the Rivista italiana di diritto penale joined forces with the Rivista di diritto processuale penale, both Giuffrè publications; the following features are included: doctrine, with original contributions from scholars of high standing; comments and debates on burning questions of criminal law and criminal court procedures; Constitutional Court, Supreme Court and trial court jurisprudence together with the most significant rulings and accompanied by full notes and commentary; points from comparative law and Community law with interesting contributions from Italian and foreign experts doctrine and jurisprudence applied to current topics; information on legislation; bibliographical references including mention of all books and of the most important contributions appearing in specialized periodicals on criminal law and criminal court proceedings.
