This journal is essentially concerned with the field of electricity, and more in general with that of energy as a whole, both from the subjective (see the unusual event still in progress of Enel denationalisation already turned into a joint-stock company) and from the objective aspects ( that of running a business), at the same time finding space for the wider problems arising now and then, often featuring one side of legal experience ( protection of the consumer, public services, wider interests European market of electricity, protection of the environment, with special attention to the question of environmental damage, etc.). Rassegna Giuridica is published quarterly and is divided into three sections: theory, case law, documentation. Special features such as periodical reports, reviews, bibliographical notes and others are included as and when available. Together with the journal a series of monographs appear about once a year edited.
