An international journal concerning the first thirty years of film history, Griffithiana is devoted to the study of cinema (silent period) and animation. This handsomely illustrated publication features articles by prominent international film scholars, historians, archivists, and journalists, as well as comprehensive filmographies and reviews of international cinema books. Many issues showcase newly rediscovered and restored films presented at the Pordenone Film Festival. Griffithiana's format is bilingual--all articles appear in both Italian and English.
