Epistemologia is an international bilingual journal publishing articles in Italian or English, with a summary in both languages. It is devoted to topics in the philosophy of science, both general and with reference to particular sciences, and welcomes also contributions of a historical kind, provided that they focus on an epistemological analysis of the topic presented. Specialized articles must be accessible to readers endowed with a good general philosophical and epistemological background, therefore technicalities shall be reduced to the indispensable minimum and a non technical presentation of the proposed theses must also be offered. This journal also accepts papers in domains such as those of epistemology, logic, philosophy of language, ontology, as far as their relation to issues of philosophy of science is made clear. An international Board of Consulting Editors supports the editors of this journal through orienting suggestions and proposals. Epistemologia is published twice a year (two issues per volume).
