Rivista di Diritto Agrario

ISSN: 0391-8696.

Historically speaking this was the first journal to be published on this subject; the independence and unity of agrarian legal theory became established around it, first in Italy, later in Europe and elsewhere. Aims of this quarterly magazine are to discuss, from the standpoint of juridical science, subjects of present interest in agriculture and wherein the legal aspect, though predominating, is treated together with others of a political, economic and social nature: from evolution of the relations between forms of agricultural property and agricultural business, to agricultural work itself, landed property and farming contracts, to formation of a statute for agricultural property, to law problems on food, land and the environment, to EEC and regional agrarian legislation, to comparative agrarian law, while increasing importance is attached to the journal's regular features on case law. Each number contains the following: Part I (Theory): Scientific studies, research and documentation, theory of teaching, miscellany, Italian legislation, E.E.C. legislation, international legislation, book reviews and recommended reading, theoretical reviews. Part II ( Jurisprudence): General ( studies or reviews of jurisprudence), judgements, case law in the EEC Court of Justice, news ( information, reports and debates: activity of associations in other countries, news from the Istituto di Diritto Agrario Internazionale e Comparato).
