Bromatologia i Chemia Toksykologiczna - a quarterly devoted to issues of research in healthcare and environment is published since 1968, resumed in 1990. It includes mainly experimental work in the field of health issues of food and impact of chemical environment pollutions on human health. Articles published in the journal concern research into environmental phenomena that adversely influence health – chemical environment pollution occurring in each of its components (air, water, soil, food), research not only concerning the level of contamination, but also physiological effects on the body resulting from excessive intake of harmful factors. Apart from experimental works, the editors try to include in the quarterly 3 – 5 review articles of specialist (educational) nature per year. Original experimental works, as well as review dissertations, laboratory notes, notices and reports from conferences are published in it.
