Founded in 1963, the same year as the University of Moncton, Revue de l’Université de Moncton is a multidisciplinary, humanist-based journal that publishes French-language texts contributed by the regional, national and international academic communities. A site of convergence and exchange, the journal serves primarily as a forum for timely reflections on specific questions presented in disciplinary- or interdisciplinary-theme issues. Addressed to a learned readership, its peer-refereed texts take stock of a given body of knowledge and explore new lines of research. The journal also publishes special issues reporting on symposiums and conferences. Revue de l’Université de Moncton is a member of the Canadian Association of Learned Journals.
